Shipping Policy
We ship to all street addresses in the U.S.A. and APO/FPO U.S. military addresses unless it is unlawful to do so. Orders are generally shipped UPS ground. Orders are processed and/or shipped within 48 hours of reciept and generally recieved by the customer within 7 to 10 business days. Acceptions include but are not limited to; holidays, large orders, inventories not in stock, method of payment (payments by check allow up to 10 business days for funds to clear), and circumstances beyond our control. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchace from KD Weston.
Liability Policy
All products aquired from KD Weston: the purchaser shall assume the responsibility of abiding to all local and/or federal laws governing items acquired from KD Weston. KD Weston also assumes no responsibility for personal injury to the purchaser or any other party.
Privacy Policy
KD Weston guarantees to protect personal information. We never sell, rent, or otherwise share any of your personal information to any third parties unless you have authorized us in writing or we are legally obligated to do so. We will share personal customer information and/or purchase history only with representatives of KD Weston for limited purposes, including but not limited to; fulfilling customer orders, offering certain products and services in connection with this Site. The information we collect is used to both improve the content of our web page and to improve costomer service. We recognize your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. We use a secure server for credit card transactions to ensure absolute confidentiality. Under no circumstances is your credit card information used for anything other than orders.
Warranty and Return Policy
KD Weston will warranty products bought by the original purchaser against breakage or malfunction caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Damage from attempting to repair, shipping damage, knife loss, and shipping charges are not covered and will not be warrantied. Products without manufactures warranty will require notification to KD Weston within 3 business days of reciept and must be shipped in the original package from KD Weston. |
